Linen Eye Pillow (Unscented) - Personalised
Eye pillows are used to stimulate the oculocardiac reflex and lower the heart rate, helping to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
They are perfect for yoga practices, breathing exercises, sleep, relaxation, headache & tension relief, and blocking out light.
To heat: place on a clean microwavable plate and microwave in 15 second increments, flipping and rotating until the pillow reaches the desired temperature. This should take around 30-45 seconds.
To chill: place in a fridge or freezer before use.
To fragrance: we recommend fragrancing the room with an aromatherapy candle or incense, or misting the eye pillow with an aromatherapy fragrance of your choice.
Our eye pillows contain 250g of British linseed. The outer sleeve is removable and can be washed at 30ºC.
We have additional thread colours. As combinations are limited on the site, if you’d like one of these colours, please select ‘Colour From Additional Threads’, and state the desired thread colour anywhere in the personalisation form (e.g. after required text: ‘Heather - using Forest Green thread’).
