How long will my order take to make & ship?
Everything is handmade at The Orchard Embroidery Co; we make your items from scratch once you order, from embroidery to finishing touches. Please allow us 3 working days to make your order.
If a fabric colour or pattern is out of stock, this will be stated in a banner at the top of the website. You are still welcome to order. Once the fabric is in stock, please allow us 3 working days to make your order.
Once your items are ready to be dispatched, we’ll send domestic orders via Royal Mail’s 24 hour or 48 hour tracked services, depending on the option you chose at the checkout. The price of these services will adjust automatically depending on the volume of your order.
What if I change my mind after I’ve ordered?
We know that sometimes you may need to change your mind regarding an order you’ve placed. We get to work quickly to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. Therefore, you must contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to ensure it can be cancelled.
Do you offer international shipping?
We’re delighted to offer shipping internationally where we can. Items are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.
If you’re outside of these countries & looking to place an order, just contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a delivery quote and update our shipping tables.
All orders shipped internationally have the potential to face customs charges, VAT fees or similar when entering destination countries. We do not accept responsibility for these additional charges, they are separate from the postage paid at our checkout and will need to be settled by the customer in receipt of the order.
What is your returns policy?
All of the items we sell are made to order. Due to the personalised/customised nature of these items, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless you receive an incorrect or faulty item. If you would like to see a sample of any of our fabrics or stitch colours before you order, please do get in touch with us. There is a small charge for samples.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
